행복한교육IGE 입니다.

써리 교육청에서 파업으로 인해 국제 신규학생과 재학생들을 위해 $500를 배상 하기로 하였다는 공문을 받았습니다.

아래 신청하는 방법 안내드립니다. 

$500 배상 신청하는 방법:

1. ’Reimbursement Form’를 작성하고 서명 신청서를 접수합니다. 단, 부모님만 신청이 가능하십니다.

2. 우편 또는 이메일로 신청서를 접수할수 있습니다. (만약, 부모님이 아니 다른 분께서 cheque를 받기를 원하시면 ’Parent Authorization Form’도 같이 제출해야 합니다) 

신청서 접수하고 배상 받을 실 때 까지는 3-4주가 걸립니다.

2014년 12월 31일까지 접수가 가능하십니다.

Please find attached a letter and the form(s) required for the $500 reimbursement for all new and returning fee-paying international students who commenced studies on September 22, 2014.

Please note that due to accounting and audit procedures, the reimbursement cannot be automatically sent to parents. In order to receive the reimbursement, you must read the attached Reimbursement Letter and complete and submit the required form(s). Only parents can request the refund, however, it can be made payable to another person. if you are asking for the payment to be made payable to anyone other than the parent, you must also complete the Parent Authorization Form for the reimbursement to be processed.

I apologize if you receive this message more than once as it is being sent to the custodian, parent and agent for each child as it was identified on the application/re-registration form.
